Returns & Refunds
Because we’re a print-on-demand business, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
How to start a return (faulty/damaged/wrong item only)

Email us at hello@yogiisyoga.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem and the packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package (or we may arrange a replacement without needing the item back).

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs

If the item is confirmed faulty/damaged/wrong, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

For any return that doesn’t meet the criteria above, we can’t accept the return.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@yogiisyoga.com, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exchanges
We don’t offer like-for-like exchanges. If your item is faulty/damaged/wrong and a replacement is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement. If you want a different item, please place a new order once we’ve resolved your issue.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected any approved return and let you know if a refund is approved. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
