Yogisse Yoga Shipping Policy

1. Production and Shipping Network

  • Local production: Yogisse Yoga collaborates with over 140 print partners across 32 countries. Orders are routed to the production site nearest the delivery address whenever possible to reduce shipping distance, cost and carbon footprint. Gelato’s algorithm considers stock availability, production capacity and logistics to determine the best production locations. About 95 % of orders are produced in the same country as the delivery destination.
  • Global reach: Gelato delivers to over 200 countries. When local production is not available (due to product type or capacity) orders may be routed internationally, but Gelato still aims for the fastest, most efficient delivery.
  • Logistics partners: Gelato works with 40 + shipping providers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, Blue Dart, ZTO Express) around the world. The carrier is selected based on the production country, the destination country, shipping method and total order weight.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

2.1 Shipping Methods and Time

  • Standard/Economy Shipping: Our default shipping method. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days, and international orders arrive within 4–6 business days. These timeframes include production, fulfilment and delivery time. Actual delivery times depend on the product type, production and destination locations, order size and shipping method.
  • Express Shipping: In most countries customers can choose an express service for faster delivery. Express shipping prioritizes production and shipment; live pricing for express options is available at checkout.

2.2 Live Shipping Rates

  • Flat rates: Yogisse Yoga offers flat shipping rates for most products within defined geographical areas. The product catalogue lists the “first product” shipping price and the “additional product” prices. For example, when ordering multiple quantities of the same item, the cost is calculated as: first product shipping price + (additional product price × quantity – 1)
  • Live quotes: Shipping rates may vary by destination and shipping method. At checkout, customers can click “Calculate Shipping” to view available shipping methods, estimated delivery dates and exact shipping costs. Express shipping rates may differ from economy rates.
  • Currency: Shipping rates are shown in the same currency as product prices; Yogisse Yoga applies a fixed exchange rate when orders are paid in another currency.

3. Shipping Areas and Requirements

3.1 Geographical Shipping Areas

Yogisse Yoga divides shipping destinations into zones (e.g., USA, Europe, UK/Ireland, Scandinavia, Canada, Australia/New Zealand, Brazil, Singapore and Rest of World) and applies consistent flat rates within each regions.

3.2 Address Requirements

Accurate and complete shipping information is essential. Please follow these guidelines:

  • Character limits: Each address field has a character limit to fit shipping labels. As a general rule, keep address lines within 35 characters;
  • Valid postal code & phone number: Ensure the postcode matches local format and include a valid phone number when required, especially for express shipments.
  • Special characters: Avoid special characters in address fields except for basic punctuation (.,-’())

If an address does not meet these requirements, Yogisse Yoga may place the order on hold and ask for an updated address before shipping.

3.3 Customs and Duties

  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) countries: For orders delivered within the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia/New Zealand and Singapore, Yogisse Yoga ships orders under a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) arrangement. This means no additional customs fees will be charged to the recipients.
  • Other countries: When orders are routed internationally to countries outside the DDP list, customs fees may apply based on the order value, destination country’s limits and product characteristics. Any applicable duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Packaging and Handling

We use packaging materials designed to comply with local shipping requirements and protect your products during transit. Methods vary by product category:

  • Posters: Posters up to A4 size are shipped flat; larger posters are shipped in sturdy triangular tubes.
  • Frames and framed posters: Frames come with corner protectors and protective film, then are packed in boxes with reinforced edges and I‑beams for extra sturdiness. Posters may be packaged separately inside an inner paperboard folders.

5. Order Tracking and Notifications

  • Tracking numbers: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or within your account. You can track the parcel directly through the link or view the shipping status in your order history.

6. Shipping Issues

6.1 Delays and Non‑delivery

We strive to deliver all orders on time, but delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing). If your package has not arrived within two business days of the estimated delivery date, please:

  1. Check the tracking information for updates.
  2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number to request an update
  3. If the carrier cannot assist, contact Yogisse Yoga at hello@yogisseyyoga.com

6.2 Damaged or Lost Orders

  • Quality issues: Yogisse Yoga offers a quality guarantee. If a product arrives damaged or defective (e.g., damage during shipping, incorrect quantity), contact us within 30 days of receipt; we will arrange for a complimentary replacement or, if that is not possible, issue a refund.
  • Lost packages: For orders lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date; we will send a replacement.
  • Returns: As a print‑on‑demand business, products are made to order; therefore, we do not accept returns.

6.3 Return to Sender

Orders may be returned to the sender if the address is insufficient, the customer rejects the delivery or the parcel is unclaimed. In such cases, you may place a new order within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and contact us; Yogisse Yoga will refund the product price for the new order, but you will need to pay shipping again.

7. Local Pickup and Delivery Points

Customers may choose to have orders delivered to a service point or shipping point for pickup (where available). In this case, the end customer will need to pick up the order from the chosen location rather than receiving home delivery.
